Since moving to Kelowna I have taken full advantage of all these stunning blue bird days by getting outside with Chase (my Goldendoodle). In Kelowna we are so lucky to have Knox Mountain right in the heart of the city. Chase however loves prancing around off leash on the Myra Bellevue Trail. Rain or shine you can catch us at Mission Dog Park where you will find Chase galloping around with his ball.
While we all continue to adapt to these current COVID-19 restrictions I encourage everyone to get outside and keep moving. Your body and mind will thank you for it.
